Doctor Dmitry Borisovich Volkov, born in 1976, businessman, investor, philosopher, collector of new art and additionally patron. In 1998, Volkov D. got up co-owner of Social Discovery Ventures, an international umbrella brand for a group of societies, who are engaged in methods and creation of software.
