These days, somebody would say, "Well, I'm ingesting this raw foods, vital, nutritious, magnificent fruit," and I'm not at all an anti-fruit person, but by no means do I recommend fruitarianism also.

Kevin: Right.

Kevin:
Jameth: I was consuming more sugar I then was when I was a regular unhealthy foods kid at Halloween so forth. A regular person, in case they consume fast foods and sugars, they will have a candy bar here, there, maybe when a day, something like that, maybe twice 1 day. So, two times 1 day you have sugar passing by your teeth. When you're a raw fooder and eating lots of fruit, you're having sugar pass by your teeth a dozen times a day. I will have a piece of fruit right now. Have a slice of fresh fruit later. And, fruit's very low calorie, you really have more contact time with sugar on the teeth of yours. And, it's ironic that an ordinary candy bar has an impressively limited ability to feed your cells because it's white sugar, it is preservatives, there is hardly any nutrients in it, it is just absolute crap, and you cannot sustain cellular life perfectly whatsoever. Plus, the bacteria which live under the gums of yours, whenever they get a snack bar, they will develop from that. Nonetheless, they can't cultivate nearly too as they can from fruit sugar since fruit sugar is living, it's crucial, prodentim benefits; check it out, it has enzymes, it has life force. The drinking water in vegetables and fruits is a minimal surface tension structured water which feeds the cells of ours phenomenally better than a chocolate bar. That's one of the reasons raw foods and foods that are whole are very good for us. Bacteria under your tooth thrive on fruit sugar like no other since it's more vital for them, too. And, they get stronger.
